Features
Maximum 200,000 division/revolution
Minimum step angle :0.0018 degree(at 1,000 divisions)
Selectable resolution from 16 types.(Maximum resolution is 1,000 divisions per standard step angle)
Selecting resolution can drive same step angle with 5 phase stepping motor at low cost.
5nm pitch control is available if 1mm pitch ball gear is used.
Following control is available even if inching feed(1 pulse feed)
Ultra low vibration driving is available with depressing stepping motor's characteristic vibration.
There is no torque attenuation even if NanoDrive driving.
Internal circuit such as control module, power elements etc are salable for the user who uses much.
Lower cost more than half from usual model.
