Features  Built-in leaser measuring instrument can compensate the position between
Z axis and painting board within 20μm accuracy. Wide stroke of 250mm X axis, 200mm Y axis and 70mm Z axis. NanoDrive type Stepping motor and driver, which are developed by own technology, are
mounted at driving part.High accuracy positioning of 1μm resolution and low vibration are realized.. Moving speed is 0.1 to 300mm/sec in each axis. Best suitable for small quantity, various production or repair. Main unit can store 8 programs and execute with off-line by external switch.
